The location for the Sunday, April 30th Seminar, “Dress To Impress The World” will be held at the Culver Hotel, in a quaint and elegant ambiance. This hotel of historical distinction is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Culver Hotel, located in Culver City, next to Beverly Hills, is snugly situated between Sony and Culver Studios and across the street from a newly opened restaurant owned by none other then Harrison Ford’s son, where we possibly might dine on the 30th.

So many of you responded to this writing and passionately agreed with my point of view, with one exception whose thinking is that Clay Aiken is sexier than Josh. As an old saying goes “to each his own?” and while I adore Clay’s angelic voice, I can’t imagine the two men on the same page. Someone please get this girl a pair of glasses and not rose colored ones. So with a huge demand from you the readers, I am bringing it back to the front with a reconfirmed point, that this hunk is not only still the sexiest, but a damn good actor as well.

And on a personal note to you, dear Josh, I heard you don’t like to be teased and called the sexy man. Well, my dear, God makes no mistakes, she knows what she is doing, so some advice from this world renowned image consultant, be thankful for what you have and own it up. One doesn’t eliminate the other, meaning your good looks are a huge contribution to your talent, like the delicious icing on a scrumptious cake.
