Thou shalt not possess panty lines

One of the most popular fashion trends this summer (and will continue into the fall) are dresses. Clingy, feminine and romantic are great words to describe these dresses, but there's nothing romantic about seeing a panty line showing through. Glamour magazine says: wear the dress - but invest in a thong. Everyone makes them now and you can find the perfect one for you. They don't have to be uncomfortable. Thou shall not wear sneakers with a suit

When you see it right in front of you, you realize it's pretty tacky. Most people argue that they only wear the sneakers to make their commute easier - that's no excuse. You can pass the president of the company in the lobby of your building, or sit by the man of your dreams on the train to work; don't let them see you in this silly fashion "don't." Easy solution: Try a comfortable pair of flats that match your outfit, and when you get to work, you can make the switch and slip them into your purse.

Don't go "au natural" if you're bigger than a B-cup

The only people that can get away with it are entertainers, and even they should try to stick to this rule. Unless you're eight years old, this is just a "never a do." It's not professional; you don't want to be jiggling around the office. Even though some people think it's groovy, it's just not cool. If you are wearing a dress or top that has thin straps, or low arm holes, try to wear a bra that matches your skin color; that way it won't stick out like a pimple on your nose (or white bra strap).

The Ten + One Commands, thou shall not do:

1. Thou shalt not attend a professional or a social event unshaven.
2. Thou shalt not wear sneakers with a suit (even if it's only to and from work).
3. When your stockings doeth run, they are done.
4. Thou shalt not wear thy socks with sandals.
5. Thou shalt not wear white socks with shoes, only with sneakers.
6. Honor thy "white shoe rule" - nurses only - and that goes double in cold weather.
7. If thy must wear Birkenstocks, don't wear them in the winter even if visiting California and leave thy socks at home.
8. Thou shalt not wear a suit that is older then thy diploma.
9. Bras are not meant to be seen out by others.
10. Remember to polish thy footwear.
11. Thou shalt not let wedgies creep up on you!! Or get stuck on static cling.
